  • complete one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms;
  • request the free Liverpool Money Leak Guide;
  • request comparable earnings information;
  • send us your Airbnb listing URL for a benchmark or personal video walkthrough;
  • contact us about our Airbnb management services; or
  • book a call with us.

3. Information we collect

When you complete our form or contact us, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • whether you currently have a live Airbnb listing;
  • the number of Airbnb properties you manage or own;
  • your Airbnb listing URL, where you choose to send it to us;
  • any information you include in an email or message to us;
  • information about whether you click links in our emails;
  • details of any enquiry or call you make with us; and
  • information needed if you later become a client.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this campaign.

We collect your information directly from you when you:

  • complete a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram;
  • reply to one of our emails;
  • submit an Airbnb listing URL;
  • book a call with us; or
  • communicate with us about our services.

Meta may also provide us with the information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, in line with your settings and Meta's own privacy terms.

5. How we use your information

Sending the guide you requested

We use your name and email address to send you the Liverpool Money Leak Guide after you request it.

Sending related Airbnb performance information

Where you have agreed to receive emails from us, we may send you related information about:

  • Liverpool Airbnb listing performance;
  • pricing, reviews, photos and booking performance;
  • comparable earnings data from properties we manage;
  • listing benchmark offers;
  • case studies; and
  • GuestLaunch management services.

Reviewing your Airbnb listing

If you send us your Airbnb listing URL, we may use it to prepare:

  • a written benchmark;
  • estimated performance observations;
  • suggestions on what we would improve;
  • a personal video walkthrough; and
  • a potential management proposal, where relevant.

Responding to enquiries and arranging calls

If you contact us or request a call, we use your information to respond and discuss whether our services may be suitable for you.

We may use information such as form submissions, guide link clicks, listing URL replies and booked calls to understand whether our advertising is reaching relevant Airbnb hosts and to improve future campaigns.

  • analytics, advertising or conversion-tracking providers, where used to measure campaign performance; and
  • professional advisers, insurers, regulators or authorities where legally required.

These providers may only use your information in connection with the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Some of the service providers we use, including Meta, email marketing platforms, automation tools or appointment-booking tools, may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by data protection law.

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice.

  • lead-form and prospective customer information will be retained for up to 12 months from your last interaction with us, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner;
  • where you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information on a suppression list so that we do not email you again; and
  • information relating to clients, contracts, payments or legal obligations may be retained for longer where required for business, tax, accounting or legal reasons.
